Adoption Application

To become a proud parent of one of our puppies, please follow this process:

1. Fill out our application form below

2. We will schedule a short Zoom/Facetime call with you to discuss all the details and see if we match each other. Our puppies are like kids to us, and we are very picky about the family our puppies will be living

3. If your application is accepted, we will send you a deposit agreement. We require a non-refundable $500 deposit fee to reserve a puppy.

4. Once the puppy is ready for a new home (after the second round of vaccination), we will send you an adoption agreement.

5. Once the full adoption fee (plus optional shipment fee) is paid, our puppy will be happy to meet new parents.

6. You are entering into our lifetime assist program and we'll be happy to hear from you, support you and see your new pics every day. Don't forget to tag #sunkissedyorkies :)
